Just like the early pioneers who faced uncertainty and hardship as they crossed over into Oregon Territory in the mid 1800’s, so do Oregon county treasurers face uncertainty and hardship in 2011 as they confront the changing political, legal, financial, social, and technological landscape of county finance. The goal of this conference is to address these issues head-on in hopes of helping us rise to the challenges and struggles we encounter. Hop aboard our covered wagon and navigate the rough road ahead.
